Conference Languages
The official conference languages are Romanian, English, and French.
Regardless of the language of presentation, the title, abstract (200–250 words), and keywords (3–5 keywords) of each contribution must be submitted in English.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is 250 RON per participant. Bachelor’s degree students are exempt from the conference registration fee.

Important Deadlines

7 November 2026 – Registration: Please complete the Registration Form, including proof of payment, by this date.

22 December 2026 – Full Paper Submission: Please submit your full paper using the Manuscript Submission Form by this date.
Participation Format
Virtual participation is available. Participants wishing to attend the conference online must explicitly indicate “Virtual Participation” in the Registration Form.
